SCOPE
International Journal of Aeroelasticity and Structural Dynamics (ASD Journal), following the Open Access publishing model, aims to serve the international scientific community through dissemination of knowledge and experience on analytical, numerical and experimental methodologies pertaining to fluid-structure interactions of deformable bodies (aircraft, rotorcraft, rockets, wind turbines, etc…).
Original unpublished manuscripts are solicited on all areas of Aeroelasticity and Structural Dynamics, including but not limited to:

• Stability and response problems related to fluid-structure interaction of flexible bodies;
• Time-domain, linear and nonlinear aeroelasticity;
• CFD-based aeroelasticity;
• Dynamic loads;
• Experimental techniques in Aeroelasticity and Structural Dynamics;
• Active aeroelastic control and aeroelasticity of adaptive/morphing structures;
• Aeroelasticity of rotary wing aircraft;
• Aeroelasticity and Structural Dynamics modeling and optimization.

NEW: It is a pleasure for ASD Journal to host the Proceedings of the XXVII IFASD Conference held in Como, Italy, June 25 - 28, 2017 and ones of the XXVIII IFASD Conference held in Savannah, USA, June 9 - 13, 2019. Look at the ARCHIVES top menu to find them. The papers are freely accessible and are hosted ‘as is’, meaning that they are not ASDJ papers, since they did not pass the due review process requested by the journal policy. However, if some of the authors would like to submit a revised version of his/her IFASD paper to the Journal for publication, this is more than welcome. In that case the manuscript will enter in the official review process.
